After the hype of the recent 3 secret UK shows to be played by the Foo Fighters and the first venue being confirmed at the Brighton Concorde 2, fans have been keeping a more-than-watchful eye on the bands movements...and it seems to have paid off.
The second venue has now reached the rumour stage and it’s looking to be the recently opened House of Vans in London. Currently the venues website shows a link for “The Holy Shits”, which was the band’s alias for the Brighton gig, to play tomorrow (Thursday 11th September).
Reportedly the link was sent out originally to fans who had pre-ordered their 8th album Sonic Highways along with the message:
“Hope you don’t mind, I got your email address because you pre-ordered Sonic Highways direct from the band. As a THANKS for that, we wanted to offer you first dibs on tickets for an upcoming secret show in London.”
“This is a FREE show.”
“We opened up a select number of tickets just for you guys to claim before they are made available to the public. If the tickets on this link run out by the time you click - don’t worry -there will be more available to the public later this week.”
For now, it looks like more tickets will be released for this and there is always the 3rd show (which will no doubt have a rumoured venue tomorrow) that you can look out for.
